• 2)    Chicken Parmigiana (lightly breaded chicken breast baked in a fresh tomato sauce with whole milk mozzarella cheese); or
• 3)    Shrimp Paesano (three jumbo shrimp dusted in flour, pan sautéed n peanut oil and baked in a lemon butter garlic sauce)

Choices of Desserts:

Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce or Cappuccino Pie (Cappuccino ice cream on a chocolate graham cracker crust)
